Returns & Replacement
We hope you’ll be delighted with your order, but we understand that sometimes you may wish to return items to us.
All our products are handcrafted and can have minor variations. The wooden grains and knots, the variation in marble and gemstones (agate) are inherent to the natural formation of the wood and can sometimes happen in wooden pieces and a product can vary from the picture, we constantly strive and deliver the finest products. These areacceptable variations and don’t qualify for refund/replacement.
In case you have received a damaged product, Please send us a picture at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order number. We will have things resolved within 7 working days, via a replacement or refund, after taking care of the protocols.
If you choose to refund the product, we will provide you with a return authorization code, and return the product back to our warehouse. Our customer support team can organize the pick up for you, or you can self ship the products
The replacement or refund will be initiated as soon as we have received the product back in the facility. The refund/replacement can take a maximum of 15 days, however we will resolve the issue within 7 days.
